Phase One: Online Psychiatric Assessments
All assessments begin with online psychiatric assessments including forms sent to you through our patient portal. The information you provide helps us understand you better and how your symptoms are impacting your life.

Phase Two: Online Cognitive Testing
You will meet with our psychometrician to complete an online cognitive testing session. This testing session provides us with objective results that guide your diagnostic picture.

Phase Three: Clinical Interview
You will next meet with one of our clinical psychologists for a thorough clinical interview that covers your background, medical and psychiatric history, and what you hope from a diagnosis.

Phase Four: Feedback
All assessments end with a feedback session, to review the results of your assessment. At this session, you will be provided a comprehensive written report that explains the findings and addresses your initial concerns and questions. The Feedback session typically occurs within 10 days of completing the Testing phase.
