Flat-fee structure

• IN-Network with Aetna

  • Includes cognitive testing (WISC/WAIS) and executive functioning testing

  • Does not include academic testing (typically required for accommodations on standardized exams or at schools)

• IN-Network with UC Berkeley SHIP

  • Includes testing for ADHD, Autism and other psychiatric disorders

  • Includes completion of forms for school-based accommodations

  • Fee to student is $275

• $9,750 for a Comprehensive Psychoeducational Assessment

  • This includes cognitive (WISC/WAIS) and academic testing (WIAT-IV) that is required at most public schools and for accommodations on standardized exams (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT)

  • Testing must be done in-person at our office in Berkeley, CA

• $3,750 for a Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation

  • Used for diagnostic clarity and treatment recommendations (medication and therapeutic)

  • Does not include cognitive (WISC/WAIS) testing

  • Evaluation is done completely online

• $1,750 for Cognitive Testing (WISC/WAIS) for independent school entrance requirements

  • Testing must be done in-person at our office in Berkeley, CA
