How it Works
Northstar Psychology works extensively with college students, campus counseling and student disability centers to provide easily accessible (fully remote) and financially feasible (in-network) evaluations for students attending college in California, Massachusetts and New York.
Our fully remote evaluations are appropriate for diagnostic clarity, medication recommendations and academic accommodations at your school.
We are in-network with Aetna (for UC Berkeley) and Anthem BCBS (all other University of California students) and Massachusetts BCBS. The average co-pay for an evaluation is approximately $100.

The Process
Our evaluation process begins with completing intake forms and psychiatric assessments online on your own time, Cognitive Testing Session and a Clinical Interview. After we have completed the interview and received all testing results, we take approximately 15-days to complete the evaluation report. You will then be scheduled for a Feedback Session where we go over the results, diagnosis and recommendations.
